Every page read like every other consulting firm’s website. Credentials listed. Services described. Generic statements about expertise and commitment. Nothing that made a visitor feel understood, nothing that spoke directly to the problem they were trying to solve, and nothing that gave them a reason to choose this firm over the next result on Google.
The homepage said what they did. It did not say why it mattered. The service pages described the work. They did not describe the outcome. Visitors were landing, reading nothing that made them feel anything, and leaving.

The Solution
Imperial Digital HQ began with a full competitor content audit and keyword research across the entire buying journey — from awareness searches at the top of the funnel to high-intent comparison searches at the bottom. Over 60 keyword opportunities were identified and prioritised by search volume, competition level, and commercial intent.
A 12-month content calendar was built around those opportunities — structured to establish topical authority in the right areas first, then expand outward as domain authority grew. The first posts targeted lower-competition long-tail keywords to generate early wins and build momentum. As rankings came in, the strategy scaled.
Two posts per month for the first four months. Four per month from month five onward as results justified the acceleration. Every post was written to rank, written to be read, and written to convert — with internal linking, structured headings, and CTAs built into the content architecture from the start.
