This page describes what actually happens when you use this website, not a template of what a website might do. There is no advertising, no tracking pixel and no third-party analytics on any page you have loaded.

The contact form asks for your full name and your email address. It also offers an optional service selection, so you can say what you need help with or choose that you are not sure, and an optional box for project details. Only the name and the email are required, and nothing else is requested.
If you call or email instead, we hold what you chose to tell us. That is the whole of it.
We use it to answer you, and to carry out the engagement if one follows. That is the only purpose.
We do not sell your details, rent them, or share them with anyone for their own marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked a question.
A submitted form is delivered to our own inbox. It is not stored in a database on this site, and this site sets no account for you.
If delivery is not configured, the form says so and points you at the phone number and the email address rather than accepting a message that would go nowhere.
This site sets no cookies: none for advertising, none for analytics, none for sessions. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
One thing, and only if you use it: choosing the paper or ink reading mode saves that preference in your browser's local storage so the site opens the way you left it.
It stays on your device, it is not sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes it.
Card details are never entered on this site and never stored by us. Any payment is handled by the processor named on the invoice, under its own terms.
Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to correct it and we will. Ask us to delete it and we will, except where we are required to keep a record of a completed transaction.
One email is enough. There is no form to fill in and no fee.
When this policy changes, the revised version is published here with a new effective date. If a change is material, meaning this site begins to collect something it does not collect today, that will be stated plainly at the top of this page rather than buried in a clause.
