The challenge
ASSAP is described as a no-cost after-school and summer STEM and AI programme, covering mathematics, coding, robotics, data literacy, responsible AI and family support activities.
A programme like that is straightforward to describe and difficult to fund, because a funder does not buy the activity list. It funds a plan it can assess: what will be delivered, who is accountable, how it continues after the grant period, and how anyone will know whether it worked.

The outcome
We designed how the programme would be run, governed and measured, and wrote the applications to fund it.
That is a plan for measurement, not a set of student results. Those belong to ASSAP, and they will come from running the programme rather than from us.
Evidence: Our project records and the scope NextGen gave us. No student identities, no private programme records.
