A community organization, its funding case, and its website.
One Touch of ChristNonprofit Funding Strategy & Website Redesign

The challenge
A community organization needed two things that are usually treated separately. It needed to establish what funding it could realistically qualify for, and it needed a website that let a visitor understand the organization and act.
The two are connected. The narrative that convinces a funder and the narrative that convinces a visitor draw on the same underlying facts about the programme, and both fail for the same reason when those facts have never been written down clearly.
What we did and delivered
Work performed
- Grant readiness assessment.
- Funding-fit research against the organization's programmes and eligibility.
- Organizational and programme narratives written once, to a standard that survives being reused.
- Community-programme positioning.
- Website redesign.
- Google Ad Grants setup and management, as supplied by the client.
Deliverables
- A funding-fit assessment and readiness position.
- Reusable organizational and programme narratives.
- A redesigned website.
- A configured Google Ad Grants account under ongoing management.
The outcome
The setup is finished. The account management is still running. Two different things, and we would rather say which is which.
One correction worth making: Google Ad Grants is advertising credit, not a cash grant. Nobody handed them a cheque. And we are not posting a donation total or a traffic figure without saying where it came from and over what period.
Evidence: Our project records and the scope One Touch gave us. No platform figures, no donor information.
